We’re building a dynamic industrial software company from the ground-up with a foundation of collaboration, commitment, honesty, and curiosity. If you share these values, we want to hear from you.
Customer Operations Lead
As Customer Operations Lead, you will be engaged in supporting the success of HighByte's customers to grow our overall business. Your day-to-day work will include engaging with customers through the renewal process and managing and maintaining a customer database that tracks use cases, customer demographics, and HighByte team interactions. You will also assist with sales planning and forecasting, communicate with the rest of the HighByte team on customer progress, and strategize on how to increase success.
Office Manager
As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for all day-to-day bookkeeping duties, coordinating with vendors and agencies as needed to ensure timely and accurate filing of Sales and State taxes. You will manage the company’s office facilities in Portland, Maine, and play a key role in planning and executing company onsite events that welcome our employees from across the United States.
Our customers range from mid-sized to large global manufacturers producing industrial products, consumer packaged goods, pharmaceuticals, and more. We’re on a mission to become the standard for Industrial DataOps and help our customers achieve their Industry 4.0 goals with a data infrastructure that can scale.
Our founding team has more than 50 years of combined experience delivering software to the industrial automation market. Co-founders Tony Paine, John Harrington, and Torey Penrod-Cambra have worked together since 2012, previously in key leadership roles at Kepware, an industrial software company that was acquired by PTC in 2016.
Times have changed. We recognize the ability to do your best work no longer requires being in a central office. That’s why we offer flexible work options for all employees. As a HighByte employee, you can work remotely or from the Portland, Maine office—or you can choose a hybrid option. We will provide the resources you need to be productive, communicate effectively, and support our customers and partners while working from any location.
We’re driven by our core values of commitment, collaboration, honesty, and curiosity—fostering these values in our employees and partners.
The health and well-being of our employees is paramount. That is why we work hard to provide all eligible employees with quality benefits and the opportunity to celebrate our successes throughout the year.
We continue to evolve our benefits as we grow and are proud to offer the following today:
